I ordered a few things from Penn State Industries for my shop the quality was better than I expected. Everything felt sturdy, well made, and worked right out of the box with no messing around. I didn’t have to contact customer service, which is fine by me because I never fully trust that process anyway and usually expect a runaround. So far, no complaints at all. I’d order from them again

I’ve picked up a few pen turning kits and some small shop items from Penn State Industries, and overall I’ve been happy with them. Their prices seem fair to me, especially after comparing with a few other places.

The quality has been solid for what I paid. I wouldn’t say every single thing is premium-level perfect, but that also wouldn’t be a fair expectation at these prices. For hobby projects, everything I’ve gotten has been usable and worth the money.
The only reason I’m not going with 5 stars is that one order took a little longer to ship than I expected. That said, it wasn’t a huge deal, and I’d still order from them again.

My first impression was that they had a decent amount of stuff, and browsing around was easy. But after looking a bit more, I realized they didn’t always have the exact parts I needed. It’s not a bad selection, I just wish it was a little wider.

I ordered a couple of things from pennstateind.com, mostly because I needed them soon but also didn’t want to pay extra somewhere else if I didn’t have to. I got the tracking info shortly after placing the order, and the box actually showed up earlier than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise.
The only thing I’d mention is that the tracking updates seemed a little slow to refresh, so for about a day I wasn’t really sure where the package was. Not a huge deal, and I get that shipping updates aren’t always instant, but it did make me check more than I probably needed to. Overall I’m happy with how fast it arrived. 4 stars...
